我们美度酒窖是澳洲第一品牌（奔富）在山东省潍坊地区的总经销商

奔富品牌创立于 1844年，它是举世公认的顶级佳酿之一，是澳洲葡萄酒的代表之作。奔富品牌创 办人是克里斯多夫·洛神·奔富医生(Dr. Christopher Rawson Penfold)。十九 世纪八十年代期间，奔富几乎雄霸了澳洲葡萄酒的市场。有报告显示，上世纪二 十年代时，澳洲每售出两瓶葡萄酒，大约就有一瓶是奔富出品。 　　早在1951年，奔富的酿酒师麦斯。舒伯特(Max Schubert)欧洲之行归来后 ，酿造了第一批试验性的葛兰许葡萄酒，其原料以设拉子为主，灵感来源于经久不衰的法国红葡萄酒。50年之后，葛兰许成为了葡萄酒中的精品，也成为了酿酒业中的硕果，不仅从根本上改变了澳洲红酒的酿造工艺，同时也引领澳洲酒在国际上树立了卓越的品质形象。

            现任首席酿酒师彼得·嘉高(Peter Gago) 本是数学和自然科学教师，后来进入罗斯沃易学院（Roseworth College)进修应用科学学士课程（酿酒学）。他经常外出访问，品尝各种不同的葡萄酒，积极怒了为人们介绍澳大利亚葡萄酒，彼得定去举办培训课程，品酒活动以及各种葡萄酒晚宴。


       他于1989年加入奔富酒园。最初仅酿造气泡葡萄酒，之后才开始酿制红葡萄酒，最后成为奔富首席酿酒师，2002年7月，彼得接替了他多年好友及同事约翰·杜瓦，被委任为负责酿制奔富的标志性产品葛兰许的第四任酿酒师。
           
            彼得努力保持奔富酒风格之余，也在不断创新，开括新的领域，“奔富的酒，不论红酒还是白酒，每年都要符合特定的风格，”他说，“我还在发展新风格方面担任重要角色，这也是我工作中最令人兴奋的部分，”和跟多酿酒师一样，彼得的品酒口味范围很广，他说：“不要坠入只喝自己酿制的葡萄酒圈套里，这一点很重要。我们要知道竞争对手在做什么，其他产国又有什么新发展，我们必须制定一套标准来衡量自己的成绩。此外，我也喜欢尝试新酒（以及陈酿！）！

如今经过几代人的努力，奔富已成为世界最大酿酒集团，得奖次数之多已可列入世界纪录。为了能够让潍坊的广大葡萄酒爱好者更方便的品尝到奔富佳酿，美度酒窖通过资格审查已获得了奔富酒业中国内地潍坊地区的总代理权。

深暗红色酒体。没有一丝橡木的气息，巧克力，莫卡咖啡的醇香与圣诞布丁、肉桂、肉**、无花果和洋李子的芳香交织融合。在半冰沙司和烧烤汁口味的衬托下熟透黑李子的果香颇为平衡而更为显著。散发着野生核果和罗甘莓的醇香，丹宁细腻，酸度清爽，口感稳固。

Deep crimson with a dark core. The nose, showing no signs of oak but rather chocolate
      and mocha aromas woven with Christmas pudding spices, cinnamon/nutmeg and fig and prune. The primary notes of stewed, dark berry fruits are counter-balanced by secondary notes of demi-glace and roasting pan juices. Wild raspberry and loganberry fruits align with finessed tannins and a refreshing acidity to aid palate tightness.

甜美而多汁, 略带粗狂而荆棘。这款丰润，而具有传统特色的设拉子与产区相比更多的体现了多样化。辛辣，具有少许的烈性，黑醋栗的草木芳香，黑莓，被磨制过后的雪松和巧克力的醇香最终掩盖了皮革的气息。 与其内涵，更体现了它的前卫，细腻和醇厚，与其蕴含成熟野生果子的味道，更显露出其丹宁强劲的特色。
搭配牛肉、意面与羔羊肉十分美味。
Sweet and juicy, slightly unpolished and brambly, this rich, old-fashioned shiraz says less about its region and more about its
      variety. Spicy, slightly spirity and herbal aromas of cassis, blackberries and polished cedar/chocolate oak overlie some leathery,
      reductive influences. Rather forward and gangly, then slightly hollow, its chunky, rather unpolished palate of ripe, wild fruit flavour is framed by a firm grip of firm tannin.
Food Suggestion: Ideally suited to beef, pasta and lamb.

黑樱桃、黑巧克力与樱桃酒的香气颇为诱人。巧克力、薄荷的口味与些许迷迭香、香料气息交织融合。土司的芳香在和谐完整的橡木香气衬托下充分显现。黑樱桃、黑巧克力味道与黑橄榄、果料蛋糕口味十分和谐。单宁柔和，突出了持久回味及甜润的果香。
搭配牛肉、比萨、羊肉或野味十分可口。
Black cherry, dark chocolate and cherry liqueur on the nose. Across the palate, splashes of chocolate and mint combine with hints of rosemary and warmed spice. Some toasty notes are evident from the balanced, integrated oak. Flavors of black cherry and dark chocolate combine with black olive and spicy fruit-cake tones. Full flavored, velvety tannins enhance the long, sweet fruit finish.
Enjoy with beef, pizza, lamb or game.


奔富酒园蔻兰山设拉子干红葡萄酒（南澳大利亚）设拉子
Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz (South Australia) Shiraz
深沉的石榴红色泽。甜润的黑莓、李子芳香与黑巧克力、咖啡的香气交织融合，颇为浓郁。橡木发酵赋予此酒香料、雪松与烟草的复杂气息，并透出浆果与干草的浓郁芬芳。结构精致而平衡，单宁圆润，令其回味颇为隽永。
A deep garnet color. The nose has attractive sweet blackberry and plum aromas with dark chocolate and coffee notes. Oak maturation provides integrated spice, cedar and tobacco overtones to the rich berry and liquorice characters. Excellent overall structure and balance with well-rounded tannins give the wine very good length.

Penfolds Rawson's Retreat Shiraz Cabernet (South Eastern Australia) Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon
适中的深红色泽。红醋栗、加本力葡萄特有的夏令水果芳香及设拉子的迷人辛香交织融合。草莓、山莓与罗甘莓的果味清新活跃。中度酒体，口味适中略带水果香甜，十分平衡。单宁精致，口感柔和圆润。
搭配牛肉、羔羊肉及意面味道鲜美。
Medium crimson red color. Aromas of red currant and summer pudding fruits with a lift of varietal cabernet, and appealing spicy shiraz. Youthful and lively fruit flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and loganberry follow from the nose. A medium bodied wine with a sweet-fruited mid-palate and great balance. Fine tannins ensure a soft and rounded mouthfeel.
Ideally suited to beef, lamb and pasta.

Penfolds Private Release Shiraz Cabernet (South Eastern Australia) 70% Shiraz, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon
深红的色泽。红莓、薄荷、香料的芬芳进而发展为淡雅的草药清香。富含成熟果味，单宁柔和，口感细腻。红莓、李子口味在黑胡椒与香料的衬托下更加突出。回味充满橡木的优雅气息。

Deep crimson color. A lifted nose of red berries, mint and spice evolves to display a light herbal character. The palate offers ripe fruit, soft tannins and a supple mouth-feel. Red berry and plum flavors are highlighted by black pepper and spice before subtle, savory oak firms up the finish.
